First time trying West African food, and I was very impressed. I ordered the fried okra with fufu and sweet plantains, and everything was delicious. The food arrived fresh and hot, like it was cooked right when it was sent out. Portions are very generous, and the flavors were amazing. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

For the new management that took over, the dry rice and fish is good. I have tried other dishes (cassava leaves and Potatoe greens) previously and they were ok.

I loved the decor! The food is delightful! The fufu is soft and sticky and soaks up and gravy and tames a bit of the kick and the heat was perfect where it's not over powering. I loved the digital menu board and that it is a simple menu. It's an order at the counter type restaurant. The service was wonderful in my experience. Of course it's a bit hidden in a very mini strip mall off of 19th/Glendale. As they say "hole in the wall restaurants tend to have the best food".
